ABOUT ME
Head Bartender with 10 years of experience in hospitality, I like to use my knowledge to create a news drinks and show them to the customer. Making my own products give me the opportunity to make unique cocktails. I’m always looking for news trends and news bartending techniques for improve my Knowledge. I get inspired by the local products where I work, spices, aromatic herbs, flowers and spirits which I discover.
I’m praised for my passion to offer always more to my guests.

Education:
Graduate with a Bartending school followed by a professional Baccalaureate in Catering Collage, I continued with a Technical Degree (French BST) of Technico-commercial in wines and spirits.
